At Mixology Clothing Company, we want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the best possible value for our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all Mixology hangtags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
